The RLS Approach

Leadership theory and practice come together most effectively through observing great examples. RLS therefore combines excellent teaching with experience based learning. This enables you to work with, observe and learn from leaders on exciting and cutting edge projects which ensure project application through participation rather than just passive attendance. This level of exposure would normally take years to gain from a professional job in the ministry or marketplace, giving our graduates a depth of experience that outweighs their age.

The RLS program is holistically designed to enable you to be an agent of Godly change in whatever pillar of society God has called you into by fostering spirituality, character, mentality and leadership ability. Core competency skills YOU will learn among others are:

The 20 hours per week program is split into 14 hours of study and 6 hours of team leadership, designed around the stream you choose to pursue. The study covers both spiritual and leadership development in the format of lectures, tutorials, book and study reports, as well as reflective journaling.
